My name is Glam.I.Rock and I'm from California, I'm a writer,singer, songwriter, producer, and a percussionist

Can you explain the sigication your artist name?

"Glam" means Good Lyrics and Music, then I added "I.Rock" for the full effect!

"Glam" signifie Good Lyrics and Music, puis j'ai ajouté "I.Rock" pour le plein effet!

Your new mixtape was released recently. Can you talk about that? (Collaborations, productions etc ...)

I released "FBGM" in April, I produced a majority of all original songs, and wrote everything. Me and my co-producer Santell did the whole project together. I also collaborated with my good friend Raven Goodwin on a track called "Sleaziest", had such a good time recording that record. 

J'ai sortie "FBGM" en Avril, j'ai produit la majeure partie des chansons, et tout écrit. Moi et mon co-producteur Santell avons collaboré sur l'ensemble du projet. J'ai aussi collaboré avec mon bon ami Raven Goodwin sur le titre nommée «Sleaziest», on a prit du bon temps à enregistrer ce morceau.

You're one of the only rappers on LA right now? How do you explain it?

I wouldn't say I'm the only rapper, there's a lot of people out here who are trying to do the exact same thing. Only difference is who you know, not even what you talk about but how you talk about it. Your strategy and your movement is so important in this business. 

Je ne dirais pas que je suis la seule rappeuse, il ya beaucoup de gens ici qui essaient de faire exactement la même chose. La seule différence est qui vous connaissez, même pas ce dont vous parlez, mais comment vous en parler. Votre stratégie et vos mouvements sont très importants dans ce métier.

What do you think of the return of Femcee's in the game?

We're off to a good start. For a while since Missy E. there was no bar to be set after that, so when Nicki Minaj came out, it gave femcees that opportunity again to release projects and be confident in them. So many girls are coming out now and I love it cause it levels the playing field. We're such a rarity in the game but now there's this normalcy. The way Eminem was the only white rapper..I could name so many white rappers now that now there's no difference. We're all just artists.

Nous avons pris un bon départ. Depuis Missy Elliott, il n'y avait plus de références, donc lorsque Nicki Minaj est sorti, elle a donné aux femcees cette nouvelle occasion de sortir des projets et avoir confiance en elles. Beaucoup de filles sortent maintenant et j'aime ça, cela monte le niveau. Nous étions comme une rareté dans le Game mais maintenant c'est devenue une normalité. De la même manière qu'Eminem était le seul rappeur blanc … Je pourrais maintenant nommer beaucoup de rappeurs blancs, maintenant il n'y a aucune différence. Nous sommes tous des artistes.

do you have any concert planned and accounts you come to France?

I plan to come to France very soon! Show or not, but if there's any people willing to book that will always be a great excuse to visit.

J'ai l'intention de venir en France très bientôt ! Concerts ou pas, mais s'il ya des gens prêts à me booker,ce sera toujours une bonne excuse pour visiter.

What are your upcoming project? You worked on an upcoming album? Im currently in pre-production/writing for the next mixtape that I plan on releasing early next year, don't wanna give away the title just yet but it's already an exciting project and can't wait til it's completed.

Im actuellement en pre-production et écriture pour la prochaine mixtape que j'ai l'intention de lâcher en début d'année prochaine, je ne veux pas donner le titre pour l'instant, mais c'est déjà un projet passionnant et je suis suis impatiente qu'il sorte.
